Bill Drakeley, principal of Drakeley Pool Company, is the rising President of the American Shotcrete Association, a Voting Member of the American Concrete Institute's Committee 506 - Shotcrete, and a well-respected expert witness and educator on the use of shotcrete in mines, tunnels, and of course, swimming pools and other water-holding stuctures.
