September 29, 2004 To Whom It May Concern: The YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut engaged the Wm. T. Drakeley Swimming Pool Co. to completely renovate our 1930's indoor swimming pool. This pool had total systems failure - mechanical, pipes and controls, as well as State Code violations inherent to a pool of this age. The Drakeley Co. handled all of these issues in a very professional and timely manner. We had a short time line to reopen and this time-line was met. They were always on the site when they said they would be and clearly did a first-rate, professional job. Bill can give an accurate picture of the problems, work with all of the involved parties and finish the project within the previously ascertained budget. This is probably one of the best experiences we have had with a major renovation project and I would highly recommend them. The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA has been fortunate to have used the services of the Drakeley Pool Co. at all eight (8) of our YMCA facilities with swimming pools.
